I.M.N.B. = Infinites. Infinites everywhere. I've tried jumping while he uses C and even when I'm in the air it hits sometimes. The a.i will relentlessly spam A or B, creating one of the infinite loops. Even thou, he's a boss he's very underpowered so, once he starts his infinite you can kinda just go take a nap (he's doing it now, as I'm posting this.) because, he doesn't do much damage. The plus is, he's one heck of a punching bag because of his high Def so you can really practice combos. So long as he doesn't start his infinite anyway. (Good luck with that.)

Let the two protagonists (Zeke and Julie) of the original game run away from the Naughty Baby...What about a taunt?You could easily do some supers. I got both:Baby is very funny, LOL. That baby sounds are nice.Shredder is cool too,, I'm just not a big fan of scaled sprites.Do you plan to add anything more to him?

Cyber Shredder's Standing animation is missing a frame. It should animate as 1,2,3,2. Plus on the sheet I ripped, I also ripped his transparent aura around the Lightning Crusher if you want to add that:The colours seems wrong on the lightning crusher, too.Other than that, I like it

About Shredder :- CLSNs need work. Look at his jump collision boxes, they move all around the place.- Juggling needs work : Light Aura Crush in the corner, followed by 8 F+a = HUGE DAMAGE.- Lightning Pressure gives back power.- a.SK's startup is really too long.- Why is the invincibility sctrl going on and off during Aura Crusher ?
What Cybaster said and also...Please use clean sprites ripped by Enscripture so the character doesn't look like a blurred mess and people can actually make palettes for it. K thanks.

Making palettes for him now might as well be an impossibility, then. The suit alone has so many colors as it is, the skin is just as bad.
Ripping from a resized emulation filter is the worst thing you could do to sprites...Not to mention the time you must've gone through cleaning them up...and yet, they still look horrible Your characters are good except for this MAYOR flaw...Have you ever heard about mugen scaling? Its as easy as eating cake.
