it looks like a bad guy from the original series of Ultraman but thats not his name so i doubt its him, looks cool though

The character itself is not wackier than its name -- Cheaper, what a name!  o_O

This is why I admire Japanese's imaginations and we really need something new and peculiar for MUGEN :toff:

I love how in this preview it show the other character getting hit before he flys across the screen.... I imagine this character plays legit.  :S

aight well since nobody else seems to have actually got this character, allow me to analyze it

it's pretty boring actually. he's not cheap. he's too BASIC to be cheap. he only has like a total of about 4 or 5 attacks, and his super is just a flying kick.

he looks cool but animates pretty badly, so whatever

sooner or later, everybody puts up with xiangfei
