Please stop using statetype=S in the CMD for all your qcf/qcb type moves. It makes them very hard to perform because of that.
Use statetype!=A.

To prevent this from happening agian, I've fixed all of the characters (Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, Broli, & Krillin) and removed that line in the CMD for all of there moves as mentioned.

Cy do you know of a way to properly perform "Command = D, U, a" moves? like what should my triggers be. because the way i have it now its hard to do. I wanted to know if you knew a much easier way of allowing people to do these moves.

Should also have Krillin Owned Count +1 when you beat him.

Funny, I am gonna add some Abridged stuff. For krillin i suppose i could add that.
But my main goal was when I finish up freeza Krillin would say
"Bitch i'm immortal! *flys off*"
after he wins and then you would see the scene with krillin flying, saying what he said in the series , that cracked me up so I wanted to add it.

I always had a hard time performing D,U moves on Mugen with a gamepad, while I never had problems with a keyboard.
I know Kungfu Man once said it wasn't the good solution to just use the $20D,U method because of some buffering problem somewhere, but I can't remember the details. You better have a look at POTS' Nash for example, which uses this type of motions.

there not hold moves.

so i guess state 40 is the key to this.
