This is probably my first stage ever for Mugen. With the release of Daos, the last of the four Sinistrals from Lufia, I felt that I wanted to try my hand at making a stage based on Lufia. And what better than to awaken those nostalgic feelings from that final battle with Daos in Lufia 1?If your curious about the odd background of the stage, then here's a comparison pic from the original game:I really went for hardcore nostalgia, yah? XDhttp://www.mediafire.com/?2eb705xo0v2xr1fEDIT: Fortress of Doom is now updated. The stage now has two versions, one is the old one, the other has transparant parallax floor that was achievable thanks to some help from Caddie, MaxBeta, and ExShadow. Thanks for the help guys! The clue to transparant parallax floor is to have the background be transparant, and in front of the floor, this gives the effect that the floor is transparant.

Secondly, that's a brillant work-around, woulda never thought of that. That's something that needs to be remembered for future reference. Great job.
Hahaha, thanks! And I agree that the work around for transparant parallax floor should be remembered. But it was all ExShadow's idea to make the background transparant. Altough the method does require an all black background behind the transparant background, so the back is not a screaming pink colour.
