Her overpowered character is not created by me, but by original author.

I think it should be permitted by him(or her) because balancing is kind of edition, not AI making.

Well, the author said Madoka is just in beta currently, so it will be balanced soon... I think.



Here is a tip... if you want to slow down Madoka's power gaining speed, find Statedef 271 in cns file,
(This file can be opened by Notepad, and Ctrl + F will be work)

and find 'poweradd' code to lower the value.(Current value is 20... means gain power 1.2 per sec.)
