May I have asked it already, but who made good Touhou characters with voice acting, that were NOT made by Ibukah, RicePigeon or Seravy?

Those 3 are the only creators who have voice acting. There're japanese creators who made Touhou chars, like Nachel, Kurogane and Aotsuki (offline both) but don't have voice acting... but Choiyer already fix that with his patches

thanks for the replies -

I found topics with the title AI patch by seizi but when i download, well either it's just the character by itself (i checked the file, no trace of AI text or new cns or etc) OR the AI is integrated but then it's a really shit AI...

oh well thanks anyway.
