Great sprites, a pity she kills pretty much everything she touches, can keep on comboing falling opponents, enters a state where every button is a high damaging move and has moves that shave off about half of the lifebar.

...She just gave rare a run for his money, had his life not recovered by time over he would have lost.

Broken.

Dang, too many bad things here.

1.) She has invincibility frames in her "get hit" animations so she can never be comboed.

2.) Her combos can quickly wipe out opponents with one strike

3.) Her moves and attacks can knock off a good chunk of health (her throws alone can knock off 25% health)

4.) She gains alot of energy from her attacks alone, enabling her to cancel combo after combo.

5.) She needs more panty shots alot of work done...

I'm loving the concept but gameplay is just awful.  :'( Someone should send email to author (in japanese proably) and point all isuses with her combos, damage and bugs because it would big shame if such lovely sprites go to waste...

She works by distances, when far from the opponent she throws hurricanes that hit multiple times comboing the opponent and leaving them on air in order to keep comboing, or she dashes into the opponent plays a cutscenes and punches them up in the air.

Cant be grabbed either.

I try her against Chang Long and she even beat her about 12 times!

The programing really need some work!

The one good thing about this char is the sprites are well done!

Ok This Ryuko girl is like Sakura on SUPER ULTRA Crack! haha, Shes Got some GREAT Moves, That COOL Anime Special effect that happens, and Insane Combos. If They could some how balance* her to where she could be Played against it'd be Awesome. In a sense Shes almost like a button-masher Character (like the Guilty Gear characters) and She has that One SUPER move where she Just keeps going and going to the point where I just stop pressing buttons and Watch lol. Geeeeez Shes an Awesome Over-powered Character! =)  :sugoi:

When she turns into the robot... thingy..., it shouldn't hit the opponent up, most of the attacks miss because of that.

I can say about this character nothing but WOW, AWESOME!!! Really nice movements and animations, Oggy. Especially, I am so glad to see her pwning both Adon and God Adon who are one of the gayest cheap characters in MUGEN. :D Even Really Dark Reiko and Death Star could not stand against that girl.

Anyways, I have tried with many cheap characters to beat her but she just pwned in every time. Therefore, I needed to release Rare Akuma Leveled Up Version to defeat her. Even Akuma had to struggle to defeat her because of her crazy AI movements in every round.

Well... There are some other characters who can beat Ryuko. (I haven't tested with Omni-Psych Super Dizzy lvl2 and Super Mech Hisui yet.)

Hyper Unknown by Hanma (a.k.a. Mirror Mizuka Nagamori)
Psycho Shredder 3.0 by DarkMasters
Boss God Orochi

I don't want to mention about really uber cheapies like SSJ Legend Gogeta 2.5/2.9 and the Pacifier... In my opinion, they should not deserved to be characters at all-_-;;
