what a shame

I really don't know want to go into much details since i wanna go back to playing kof 98 on my DS,so i will make it short.

Neogeo emulated on the Nintendo DS with most games running at full speed with sound and no/minor glitches.

Tried out KoF 98,2000,2003 and they work perfectly with sound (although motions are a pain in the ass because of the d-pad)

Garou MOTW,SVC,Metal Slug,etc. are also reported to work fine.

It supports MAME Neogeo roms and requires the universal bios which must be converted with a included converter.

Very low quality pics since i can't be bothered to take pics with camera and used webcam instead (which i didn't bother to adjust)

The author of the emulator proved one thing (he is also new to the emulation scene) : Anything can be done with enough patience and hard work,while other authors usually blame hardware limitations (SNES,Genesis still doesn't work properly at all even though they're much less demanding in terms of hardware)

what a shame

It got me so excited that i deleted most of my commercial games to make space for the roms.

Edit : Samurai Shodown 4 and RB Fatal Fury 2 work at 100% speed,full sound and no glitches.

what a shame

A quick guide :

-Copy the game (MAME rom) and the universal bios neogeo.zip (260kb) into the NeoDsConvert folder.
-From the command line run the converter with this parameter : neodsconvert -bios2.
-Copy the newly formed .neo files to the DS flashcart root folder along with the emulator itself.

Very easy.

I tried it, its really hard to do the specials and supers, I managed to pull of one super and one special with Kyo thought XD

Yeah, the NDS's d-pad is too shitty for fighting games but now i've gotten used to it and can perform commands perfectly.

Can't believe this thing runs KOF2000. And yes the controls are annoying, but I don't think it's the d-pad's fault though.

I agree with Vans, I tried Samurai Shodown 4 and it was alot easier to perform the specials.

It's much better on some fighting games, it's easiest on 2k2.

The size of the d-pad is the problem for me, since im not used to small d-pads

Indeed, but it was defently possible to use it.
Never tried 2k2 acctualy. Only Kof 98 and SamSho 4

I'm having problems with the transformation utility. Even f I can run my romsets on mame, the emulator refuses to run them. Black Screen of Death. Tried Garou and MSlug.

Oh well, time to do some research on it.
