Ive decided to release the haggar i was working on since im no longer working on him so here it is:

Hes only got the basics so its nothing fancy or anything.

Hulk really isn't the best base for Haggar unless you reduce his size significantly.

Yeah hes pretty freakin big huh? :P

Acey's making a haggar using the sprites i made
as well as jellyfish's and hes reducing his size.

Isn't that a beta character, he can only punch and kick.
At least this is a better Haggar. Better than Easychar or the other Haggar beta with Blackhearts voices.

He looks clean as hell, I like those sprites alot. I look forward to a updated version of him with those.

But whoever tweaked my Alaska Base could have at changed the floor color to match the new background.
To put it nicely... that looks like crap.. I didn't make that stage to be butchered like that.. I am insulted.

Honestly, Zangief would be the best base for him, if you consider that they have the exact same moves.  I suspect that Zangief was actually an edit of Haggar to keep SFII from having four Americans (counting Balrog).

Now you can never unsee it.

I agree Zangief would make more sense to use either than the Hulk. Don't get me wrong I am not saying don't use him (since the walking and some of the strikes would be what haggar would do), but don't JUST use the hulk.

Zangief would have been less work IMO but now that you've done the hulk you'll have a tough time finding a way of putting in his signature spinning piledriver.

Now before you make Hulkgar play these games: Saturday Night Slammasters and all Final fight games. Trust me, noone likes a character that doesn't remotely look or play like their counterpart.

Sorry bout that, the stage was fine as it was but i just couldnt see rex properly so i made it bigger.

Jellyfish allready made haggar from using a hulk base and i thought he looked pretty good even though he was massive so i made additional sprites for him and cleaned him up a little.
Acey is reducing haggars size to resemble the haggar we all know.

Downside is his size is a bit disturbing.  o_O Tried resizing him y=.88 x=.75, ended up in Quality being compromised.
Resizing will not help when trying to put in the rest of his moveset.

Im not exactly sure but i think Acey is gonna resize his sprites to around zangiefs in some photo editor and re-edit them so they are not messy.

I think the sprites look really nice and clean, despite the size issue. Good job on those.

BTW, what stage is that in use in the picture on the top right? I really like it.
