I would appreciate it, if the feedback has nothing to do about the characters jumping from now on and nothing about how small he is. It's a chibi character and it was drawn small. If you don't like it don't download it. Stop causing problems.

Download him again.

The upward attacks seem kinda' useless..
Chibi characters have alot of space to jump, so it's easy to dodge anti-air...
Also he's lacking combos...

I'm assuming you mean his kick that goes straight up and his Storm. They're meant for guys directly above you. How is that useless? :S
Thats not even my fault. Blame the people who made him so small or you for playing with him with large characters.
He can chain almost all of his moves.

I'm not trying to be rude. It's the way I am. <-- I'm tired of saying this :-\ As long as no one misunderstands me though.

If you don't like the fact that he's chibi-sized, then go to the character's folder, open the character's CNS file with Notepad, and change the X- and Y-scale to 1.5 or 2.

Whatever. Still not my problem. All chibis have a lot of space to jump. It's not just my Luffy. So please stop complaining to me about it.

Yes he does. Since you keep INSISTING that he doesn't chain his attacks. Then I'll add some more. I'll even add a new attack that chains 3 different types of attacks, but later. I'm doing school work right now.

EDIT:
I updated him. Read the readme for the updates again.

There is a way to erase the chibi creation out of mugen world. My friend founded a way to make these chibi's bigger without to fuck up the sprites. Use a little aplication called 2xScale. If you want I can link it to you...

Ummm, since you quoted me I'm assuming you're telling me this? Why? I don't care. It's Viewtiful who's complaining about the space he has with jumping...

And the effects should stay in the same spot they were when he was normal size. So it'd be a lot of trouble to re-do it. And just for one person. Its not worth it.

Also, I would appreciate it if only feedback was posted on the character from now on and nothing about his jumping anymore.

Well, that sounds like complaining to me. :-\
Whether it is or not though. Just stop posting about it. :whip: It would be better if we stopped.

That character is probably missing required sprites, it's not Allen's fault. ;)

There may be an error in a custom state..

They disappear because they go into a custom hit state. 1025 or 1029. Obviously the character getting hit doesn't have the hit states so they disappear. I don't know how to make them go into a different state if something else doesn't exist. More like I don't want to know.

ifelse triggers are nice..
I wouldn't consider that a infinite since you have to make your opponent bounce of the wall and if you do it on the wrong side of the stage the stage interaction would activate.
