I've made the arm longer and fixed the head, new download link and gif are in the first post (thanks to above people for pointing them out)

Its better, but it still needs work, the bicep look way too large, we cant see the shoulder/upper part of the arm, and to me (maybe im bitching with no reason) it still looks short.
Head looks much better now, but, you can note the change in the hair shadows in the last frame (head frame, not animation)

Thanks to all who've posted/downloaded so far, I've added the SF3 Intro and taunt that I'm sure is most peoples fave (it's my fave ken intro/taunt)

C&C are welcome hope these are useful

*Edit* noticed a few misc pixels so sorted that out, downloads should be ok now
