Looks good. If you want any custom sprites made for him feel free to hit me up. I can't think of anything else to add though but if you have any ideas I'll be willing to sprite it.

Feedback -
Every attack is animated waay too fast. Looks choppy. - IMO
The hitpauses on every attack is too short, makes attacks look weak. - IMO
He has default hitsparks on nearly all attacks, even sword strikes. 
Sword attacks have "punch/kick impact".
The launch attack has an auto superjump if it connects.. that's pretty stupid.
The Intro isn't animated correctly.
He needs more sound effects.
Flash step and parry ?...

I agree with Tetsuo. The hitsparks should all be the same considering what type of hitspark it is.
I found no glitches or anything. He's not to strong or to weak. Nice job.

this is a pretty cool char so far... no bugs yet, still testing...
there is one thing though: his slashing moves shouldnt be that fast...it makes him unbalanced/gives him huge advantage if he's against a character using a sword (from samurai shadow for example)

Man, I love his hyper!, I would definitely add some blood and cutting sounds to the sword hits. Maybe slow him down a lot, then give him a transformation where he removes his eyepatch and speeds up considerably, and only allow the hyper to be used in that state. I also recommend ripping his voice from the Japanese, that voice actor was awesome, and it would feel more "authentic". As far as moves, I would make the upward slice knock them into the air, I would add a sweeping slice that knocks them off their feet, replace one of the flash steps with a dashing stab, give the flash step more range, and I would give them a super where he teleports, stabs them in the back, then teleports back. Maybe another super where he charges up, then dashes across the screen, delivering a horrendous cut as he passes by them. Lol, it would be funny to build him off of sephiroth.

This is pretty much how one of his current supers goes.
Some interesting ideas, not sure if i'll go for the hyper state though.
And yes, I want to give him a japanese soundpack.

I found a couple of bugs right after I got him:

1. Sometimes his super becomes bugged and becomes an infinite slashing motion but doesn't do anything and he himself is invulerable.
2. I fought him in a team battle and he moved and attacked before the fight even begins! In detail, I used Mouri and Miku as an ally against him and Lilica in both matches.


Somewhat returned as a living fossil after 2-3 years of doing nothing.

and if you use ichigo and turn into bankai ..

(kenpachi vs ichigo 1on1 only)

and if you come near that slashing what so ever and back into normal form..

u'll die...

if ur not using ichigo. that bug always appear on team arcade.
