The giants aren't so bad, just don't stand still. Double jump and triangle jump are your friend. Similiar to fighting against zangief users just use pokes and hit and run.

Her voice is oddly attractive...

Tekkaman Blade pretty much kills them for free.
Almost all of his specials treat them like normal characters so you can spam 236 and 214 all day.
