Well, home32, since you asked, I'll deviate for a second and babble on about what I liked about SFIII:

1. Animation quality
2. Character designs
3. Music (new and original for Street Fighter, catchy as hell)
4. EX Moves

Parries = meh. Game's fine either way.

Now, on topic, as for a fighting game I DISLIKE? Kakuge Yarou (aka, where Tetsu came from and was mercifully un-shittified from)--sprite styles don't (seem to) match (to me, who is admittedly not a spriter), moves were not well animated, music was kind of bland, etc, etc.

Playing the "original mode" (in other words, the out of the box template they provide) is like getting kicked in the face by a donkey. Repeatedly.

[size=4pt]Don't ask me why I picked that game of all games to make a fullgame out of. I think I was high that day. But it's coming along, so maybe it wasn't a bad idea.[/size]

But to stay on topic--another fighting game that really, REALLY blows? I'd have to say Ranma 1/2 Battle Renaissance for the PSX. I'll give it a little leeway on account of the fact that it was Ranma's first, and to date only, foray into 3D, but the overall feel of the thing was really...lacking. Sure, you had the classic moves and the likes for everybody, but there was no battle music, and the backgrounds were bland.

On the plus side, players finally got to sympathize with Ryouga whenever a geyser came by (don't ask how geysers came by as weather effects, they just DID).

You obviously do not understand the concept of opinion vs fact. In your opinion, Street Fighter 3 is the worst fighting game possible, while it is widely known fact to be one of the best Street Fighter series if not the best fighting game series to date. The game is tremendous, basically, and you disputing facts with baseless opinion makes you a troll.

So yeah, a functioning conversation with someone who knows nothing about the subject isn't happening.
