New HR logo, new option screen, new select screen : 349 Characters (+ 19 Hidden Chars)

Yup. And the Players name font in the Select and Versus Screen doesn't have numeric and symbol.

Ex: K9999 become K, Reject No.253 become Reject No, K' become K, and so on.

right but he still isn't technically capcom, that's like saying hokuto no ken counts as arc-sys material in a crossover deal
