If I didn't mention a game by name it's covered under "other." There can't be a select option for every single game that was ever made.

I chose KI because it seems like the most well rounded, it's almost like a halfway between MK and SF... With the best of both worlds.... I'd really like to see a KI 3 but I highly doubt they'd do something like that at this point

Next would be MK, then Tekken, then SF, then SNK...

Ok you have a point there. But I will add that Dark Stalkers storylines never cross over to the SF story lines. But you've got a point there.... I just figured since the story lines and chars were so interwoven throughout the SNK series, that would be one brand in itself... SNK is an entire company which specializes in pretty much nothing but fighting games. If I had an individual option for every single fighting game that was ever made, there would be like 30 options and that would just be redundant.

In Capcom:
Ryu and Gallon/Talbain fought in Ryu's CFJ ending, Felicia likes Blanka (or demostrate interest on him) in one of her DS endings
In Namco:
Yoshimitsu and Heihachi from Tekken have past versions in Soul Calubur series

If you've to add 2 SNK games to the list (comparative to 2 Capcom's and 2 Namco's in your poll), I recommend King of Fighters and Samurai Shodown

Or... make Capcom and Namco brands as you did with SNK

Ok I reset the poll... I accidentally voted Tekken, I meant to vote KI, but whatever. There are 20 different options now, anything not mentioned in those options falls under "other."

CFJ is not canon, and for Felicia mentioning Blanka in her ending, that was only in the English version. That's not in the Japanese version.

There WERE plans to have SF and DS in the same universe. They probably added mention of Blanka in the U.S. version of DS as a little teaser for that. Hell, probably all Capcom games were supposed to be within the same universe at some point. There's no real conflicts to the idea if done correctly except Warzard, since that IS an alternate universe where the Renaissance never happened.
