There was this fighting game I played back in the mid/late 90's... It had MK2 or 3 style char animations, kinda similar chars and stages (I think the game even had it's own pit)...... There was this big guy made of rocks (or something like that, I think), then there was a native american guy named Lucius (for some reason he's the only char whose name I can remember), there was a chick, a skeletal looking char with a buzzsaw (I believe?), a fire guy, some Jamaican looking guy.....  That's about all I can remember of the game... I'd know if I seen it though. Does anyone have any idea what game this is that I'm speaking of?

PS- The game may have been on the Atari Jaguar.... Sorry I'm so shady on the details, I only played this game a few times and it was years and years ago.

yeah, tattoo's 'native' is billy two moons, while ultra vortek....umm...they had one?

but either way yeah, the jamaican dude was literally named 'dreadloc' and blew smoke rings as an attack. who said subtlety was dead.

the game itself is kind of average but the stages are fucking awesome looking

He may not even be Jamaican, he could be somewhere from Africa or something. Or he could be Haitian or something like that.

Either way it was an interesting game, I woulda liked to had seen a sequel with more chars and stages... Honestly the game had some bad ass stages. Take a look:
