Problem with Cage and Smoke,

   I was looking through watch mode, and Deigoni's Johnny Cage was fighting Cyborg Smoke or "Robo Smoke" by Shadow Dio, they were fighting in MK1 pit bottom by marcos, which I have as Johnny Cage's stage. Anyways when they were fighting, I noticed smoke would get knocked down and begin slowly rising to the top of the screen, and he kept on and on rising higher (even dragging the screen upward), I exited, put the same exact match back on, did it again, exactly as it did the first time.... So then I had them fight at someone else's stage, and they didn't have this problem... No other char to date has had this problem fighting Cage at his stage, just this version of Smoke. I even tried putting Cyrax in there with Cage on this stage, and it worked fine....

   So then I went back one final time and played Johnny Cage vs. Smoke at Cage's stage (pit bottom), and this time BOTH johnny cage AND Smoke began rising up the screen. How do I fix this?

Yea plenty of shitty creations can "fly".  I've never attempted to fix them, IMO it's not really worth it.
For one thing, open the debug (CTRL + D) and study the bugs in the characters there.  Take some screenshots and post them in this thread.

This isn't much but I reckon more people will be able to help you if they know more of your situation.

    What do I push to take a screen shot? Is it CTRL + D, is the D just the letter D, or do you mean Delete? I'm just asking b/c it would seem kinda weird if I took the shot by pushing ctrl + (letter) D, don't ask me why, I dunno. If I do this it will take a screen shot?

Press F12 to take a screen shot.

Press Ctrl + D to toggle through debug info.

Upload in any image uploader, then find the "forum" code and paste it for images.
Umm about the Debug, its usually the one when you are fighting. PRESS CTRL-D while fighting and take a screenshot of him when hes flying so we can see the code and the "glitch".

  I already did the debug thing, the results are above. I am sorry if I am being a pain in the ass, this is not my intent here. I'm not very good with computers. But, what is an image uploader and where can I find one? And where do I find the "forum" code?

The text you posted above is not the debug information.  That looks more like Mugens loading process.  the debug info is located in the upper left hand corner of Mugen while you are facing an opponent in any mode.  Press Ctrl+D to open debug while mugen is actively running THEN press F12 to take a screenshot of the image (which contains the debug information).

     I pressed Ctrl+D during the fight and it didn't do anything at all. Nothing appeared in the upper left hand or right hand corner, or anywhere else. I do have some screen shots but I'm not totally sure how to upload them here.

   I did that exactly, it didn't show anything. I pushed ctrl + D during the fight, it did nothing at all. Nothing, nada, zero, ziltch, it did absolutely nothing. Nothing at all. I dunno if it's the char or my mugen, or what, but it's doing absolutely nothing. I did take some screen shots, if that can help.

Oh, easy fix.
Go into your data folder and open mugen.cfg and find the debug section.
Enable debug.

   Ok I went to that file, the part where it read about debugging:

    "[Debug]
 ;Set to 0 to disable starting in debug mode by default.
Debug = 1

 ;Set to 0 to disallow switching to debug mode by pressing Ctrl-D.
 ;If Debug = 1, this will be ignored.
AllowDebugMode = 1

 ;Set to 1 to allow debug keys at all times. Otherwise debug keys
 ;allowed only in debug mode.
AllowDebugKeys = 0

 ;Set to 1 to run at maximum speed by default.
Speedup = 0

 ;Default starting stage for quick versus.
StartStage = stages/stage0.def "

    So how do I enable debugging? What do I do here?

Dude you need to start reading and experimenting on your own.

AllowDebugKeys = 0
Set that to 1.
