How would such a site look, what type of content could it have and would anyone really care about mugen related art?Last year i started a thread about a new art project..since i was knowna bit here for promoting the mk and sf tributes here and a few MFG members participated in them as you know. The april fools thread had nothing to do about mugen but was about a gian project about aaall fighting games characters ever. The thing was..people believed it and started to draw super unpopular game characters like Gaia from Battle Arena Toshinden (as seen below) so while it was meant as an april fools joke it started getting real soon after and resulted in over 50 fan arts. I build a small website for them, each submission got uploaded there in an own small gallery together with a bit text about the gallery, own descriptions by the artists and in some cases reviews about the characters and the fan art by other artists. After 3 months this and gahq was too much for me to handle though and so this project became the first and so far only art project i had to dismiss. I love challenges but this was something way too big to handle beside gahq. Since more and more fighting game characters fan arts are added to gahq though among those from other games the work by the artists and myself was not fully for nothing at least. More than half of the entries are featured on gahq but this project made me wish i would have a staff of article writers. by http://fedde.deviantart.com/
