I voted for power girl but if Laura does win.. same question that DKDC asked?
It would be nice to see her new reboot version, mainly because I'm close to finishing the new tomb raider.

I haven't played the reboot yet. It would most likely be based on her classic version. Her moveset would be a lot like the one I posted here for Indiana Jones, just minus the whip attacks and more gun stuff.

It's nice that Yoko won and there will be another version.  Even though Warusaki made a good one, his version has some weird bug that makes characters fly off screen.

Also, I voted Power Girl as she needs some much deserving love.

originally was going with lara but I have to say Chell would be awesome, espescially if you used glados's voice in her for some things. Just thinking how you could incorporate her portal attacks and gadgets is exciting.

Maybe she's not an appealing idea for a fighting game character to many?

I mean just look at this thread, people were saying she would just be a generic sword fighter.

She would be perfect for a fighting game for that very reason, her sword skills. I'm not a fan of people presuming I would have just made her a "generic sword fighter." She would have sword-based attacks, yes, because that's part of her character, but I feel like people somehow expect me to be more creative than actual fighting game companies sometimes. Why shouldn't she have mostly sword attacks?

I've planned movesets already for everyone but Power Girl, and Michonne was going to have some zombie helpers for pressure, some varied sword attacks, a Rick-assisted super move, among other stuff. She wouldn't have just been Sword Uppercut, Sword Slash, Rushdown Sword Slash, Supers, but oh well. I'll have fun making whoever wins.

But only the voices in my head count. ;P I did vote for PG, my vote still stands for her currently... But, if you look back here like 10 mins later, and see it all evened out... You'll know why. ;)

I personally think the reason for the lack of popularity for her is due to this forum's target audience most likely knowing more of

A. Video games
B. Anime
C. Comic books

than TV shows no matter how popular they may be.




That or they would prefer another swordswoman representative.

Seeing what Sean posted about her move set, it was SORTA right. I wanna change my vote to Chell, but I don't know much about the character. Plus Lara's name rings more bells.
