If its allowed, I promise I will not go overboard crazy or anything like that. Tbh and fair. I just need it for an intro.Just read the comment below.
You didn't even check with the other judges before establishing that as a rule.. Some of the judges don't even know how to use/code interactivity, isn't that a little messed up?
Why should I have to when there was never a rule against using interactivity in the first place?I just said do it if you want to pretty much

I actually planned on making a small guide if it was allowed. I did say I want to be fair and watch everyone grow on stage development and not limit themselves. Its a growing process ppl and I'm sure many of you with the proper guidance would like to a hive such a thing no?Ill start with something simple like adding extra sounds to stages, timing events that you can sync properly and commanded by characters, etc. Just to get your foot on the door. I'm at work now and I can start a mini template when I get home. Fair enough?
If I beat your interactive stage,it will be an actual accomplishment to me,alcohol and orgies type of celebration will have to made on my part lol
For the judges who don't know how to code: Just copy paste stuff and add files as specified in the guide. For the people who will submit a stage with interactivity: Make it so the implementation is as streamlined as possible.Release a helper in statedef -2 and let the helper do the rest of the stuff (Only one sctrl for each char required, helper state would go in common1.cns as a one time paste).Include a sff file with graphics to add to fightfx.sff so judges can port them with axis and correct numbering via Fighter Factory.Sounds should be easy enough to add manually.Everything specified in a cool guide that's easy to read (N0 1337 5p34k).

I'm pretty sure Tamez is smart enough to understand how interactivity works, even though he never coded a character. And I think I've coded enough chars to understand some lines of code lol.
aww.. damn this competition is going to be harder than last year. sigh i guess i have to pull out the notepad and jot down some stuff from syn's up-coming guide. Good Luck to all "And let the odds be forever in your favor."
