I'm just asking this to be sure, but do our stages have to work on both Winmugen & 1.0 or just one of them fine?

Ok I know the rules says no edits of another creator's work, how about if I edit one of my own creations, is that ok?

Indeed, it doesn´t have too be very flashy (that won´t win by itself anyway) what will determine the winner is the coding (proper deltas, transpariencies apply properly, proper bounds) stuff like that. Being original is important cause it will tell true effort for everything was applied.
