It's your choice really. It's not as if you were going to get banned or as if Ex was coming to your house to spank you hard. If you submit something, you'd be getting in-depth feedback for the stage, which I guess can't be a bad thing.* Cybaster stops acting as if he wanted additional work...
I'll come to your house and spank you hard, though. Even if you didn't do anything. I'll still come.Good luck in the contest everyone! These stages lookin fuckin excellent. Primo shit. Great job yall.
Well... i hope next year competition won't be like this and all the contestants will be prepared. I wanted to see Wattas's skills. T-T
While it's disappointing to see so many people drop out this year, the ones who did submit something have done a great job. A nice mix of old school and original stages, with even a little in-between. Good luck everyone!
Who ever hasn't released a stage and had plan too you have about 30 minutes left before its the 19th.That's if i'm not mistaken if we are going by Exshadow time zone.
Last year we had 18 people enter, 1 person dropped out for a total of 17 stages. This year we had 31 people enter, and as of right now there's a total of 17 stages entered.
I thought i would share all the pics of the stages i was working on for this competition and gave up on :p sigh oh wellSpoiler, click to toggle visibilty
I don't want to be spanked.... I work very hard, seriously, do you know how hard is to create sprites, specially a corner..... Spoiler, click to toggle visibiltyHahahahahahaha, but seriously when are we going to see the results
I just read this whole thread and it's almost... sad. There seemed to be a lot of heartfelt trash-talk early on, for roughly half the players seeing it through.I've never really had feedback on anything. To the Judges; Please be brutal, it's how I learn. Plus, I'm shallow and you're not really going to hurt my feelings.Congrats and respect to everyone who actually turned something in!

profylebryon said, July 18, 2013, 11:41:35 pmWell let me explain my situation. I have 4 stages i worked on for this competition. each one i gave up on because they weren't competition worthy. So i have stages to submit but i'd rather quit than submit half-ass stage :p . i think you guys would understand my dilemma. Furthermore, i am fully aware of the rules but if it means that much i can submit something pretty bad and get a low score to keep up appearances. I had 7 man At least those who didn't finish this year know not to enter next unless they are completely preparedOh and this was the last one I was working on Spoiler, click to toggle visibiltyLooked like crap
