you can use a video editing software to turn it upside down again.

I know this topic is 30+ days old, but I tried using premiere pro CS 5 and the audio comes out low-pitched and incomplete. I speed it up like 850% so it would match with what's going on in the clip, but it just won't cover everything. Mind you, it plays fine as is, except for the fact everything's upside down, of course.

What could be the problem? Bit rate perhaps?

EDIT: Nevermind... I read the FAQ >_>

EDIT2: I think I figured out how to avoid the original problem: you select a rectangle you yourself make instead of clicking on the desired window. Kind of a hassle, but it does the trick.
