I don't know who made this since there was no author name.(Obviously "Elecbyte" is not a valid name except the case of KFM)

figured I should post this fix is awesome im downloading this for sure I found her in the past and she was a mess. do you mind if i post this at mffa?

This really makes me want to watch that anime what i want to do for a while now. Such characters are very good and well needed in Mugen. Hayao Miyazaki's work in Mugen is a great thing. I never played with the old one but, thisone looks very solid. Thanks for the release buddy.
