I get this bug when i use this stage, it happens with CvTW Ryu
and ive done it also with Batsu but only on this stage.
if im close to the edge and i miss with a hadoken it gets stuck in the corner.

@Memo,

I haven't tested Ex's edit but if memory serves me right this is being caused by the left and right bound values.

Find this code close to the start of the def...

;--- Common ---
 ;Don't change these values.
leftbound  = -2000 ;Left bound (x-movement)
rightbound = 2000 ;Right bound

... if its not happening to the right of the stage you can simply adjust leftbound by increasing the negative value...say somewhere around -2500 to -3000, perhaps?
