I don't have anything against the moderators, but it's true, a friendly moderator will be nice, just to complement the staff XD [Anyway, I never see a "rude" moderator, unless I don't see all threads -I'm kidding XD]

Otherwise, I noticed that never had a Brazilian moderator here on the forum. I really hope that Gui can be a moderator, for not only the fact of he are a competent person for organizer, but being a first represent for us on staff xD [Unless someone already was a Mod and are Brazilian xD ]

Had rather than have. Guild doesn't really discriminate based on nationality for mods, most forums don't. Discrimination is based on attitude rather than gender or race or any of that bollocks. If you have a good attitude and want the horrible bloody job, it's not that hard to get.

there has been discrimination based on nationality,but it boils down to needign to have staff 24/7 in there, so let's say that in 2016 there are no european moderators left becasue Iced ate them all, then suddenly Iced has less free time, then is when a moderator from europe will be preferred to a mdoerator from the usa.

It's actually better than the character of the current admin's past self. And if I never actually said as much, Hoshi. I apologize for the breach of your trust years back. The situations and reasonings that I used to validate it do not and did not excuse it. The only thing positive that came from it is it was one of the final straws that made me realize I didn't like what I'd become and that I needed to chill and not take this stuff so seriously.
The fact that you're willing to work with me in the staff after such a thing means a lot to me and and shows great character. If you can forgive me for that breach of trust I would be immensely grateful.

It was a dick move on my part and I humbly and publically apologize for my actions those years back.
