Keyword being "some".  Variant Sim is great though, if you get use to his exclusive moves and mechanics.  I personally prefer standard Sim.

Cody was gonna be the next Capcom character I did (I inadvertently started a pattern of SNK-Capcom-SNK-Capcom and I see no reason why not to continue it) but Demitri might end up taking his place for now, who knows.

Benimaru is, hmm. SNK character, right? Rolento was last... wait what was this about?

Hopefully that's everything, I have to get started on Project B.

As for the updates? They're boring and I keep delaying work on them! But honestly what really stopped me in my tracks was like over a year ago, when I finished updating Ken's separation, I held off on releasing the new palette template and moving onto fixing up Kyo because I thought "well it would be nice to be able to replace the Orochi pillar FX with the version from CvS2, but I'm not sure it is easily hi-res'd" and asked if it was feasible but got no answer and then progress just sorta ground to a halt. And yes that whole explanation was just me begging for the very same thing, right now. Gimme a hi-res Orochi Pillar or tell me it's impossible! >:[

yep, but Froz did the CS patch for her normal sprites, not dampir's patch =(

also cvsMature's Color Separation patch made by dampir is offline(unless someone still has it and send it to JNP along with the ripped and updated sprite patch for Blair Dame)

Sage is planning to Patch benimaru with a CS patch along with Hotaru

Yun's CS patch is still on wip, i even made one but i fear necroing that thread without a report


the only 2 good Dhalsim's atm are Gal's And Rajaa

the only Good "Shaft BushinRyu Jones" is pots and Bushin's edit

POTS Geese needs a Update ASAP

Rock and Rugal are fine(thanks Vyn), but Rugal needs an update and a Intro vs guile

Memo's Terry is inferior to Vyn's one(which needs an update, i did one for myself so i can use High Angle Geyser), its Vyn's, Kod/Waru and Memo in the best terry list

Tigerboy is doing Delta Red Cammy (boots and Gyro drive smasher is on the way =D )

Infinite's Andy is "half Good"

and Nobody Cares about a Cvs Kasumi Todoh and Leona, THIS IS RACISM AGAINST BLUE HAIRED CHICKS!, im even editing a good part of leona's sprites(Her face and a few shades) for myself using ZS old leona Updated by Yaret

I know, but it was one of his earliest works and doesn't look too great. Besides RB Mary is tons better, that jacket is too good.

not really, I've always been interested in Demetri and was gonna code zero's sprites but that project never got finished.

I am supposed to be working on updates, but I got because of FX problems, basically (detailed here). They're still on the table but I don't really have a lot of motivation because of the aforementioned FX problem (HERE IS ME TRANSPARENTLY BEGGING)

So beyond the forever delayed updates there's normal next character stuff, right? Like I mentioned before I have a pattern of doing an SNK character then a Capcom one then an SNK character and so on that started as accidental but now I'm just doing it because why not. So the character I'm working on is an SNK character because the last one was Rolento. Then after that I guess I'll do Demetri because the sprites will probably be ready by then. The SNK character is still secret because I dunno I like playing coy bullshit games. I left a clue on this page.

Of course, many FX experts could do it better. I'm just showing it's possible, I'll try to Hi-Res once more via separate layers and show the outcome.
