Here is the new version of Burstman. He is part of IMT's Robot Master Mayhem, a Mega Man full game in a MVC-like fashion.
Robot Master Mayhem is back to life and you will see news about it soon :)

Updated 19/01/2016:

- Two new hypers
- New AI
- Bug fixes
- New intro
- Many bug fixes - Thanks BrawlTheMan and Lord M
- New win pose
- New sounds
- New hyper move - Burst Typhoon
- Throw
- Shocked animation

The tornado came from Kizuna Encounter, the bubbles comes from Vampire Saviour and the water fx came from Samurai Shodown and Xmen vs SF.

I was wondering why he did so many supers when I fought him.

- QCF+PP is unblockable.
- I can hit 30 times by moving forward and hitting LP over and over again.

I was wondering why he did so many supers when I fought him.

- QCF+PP is unblockable.
- I can hit 30 times by moving forward and hitting LP over and over again.

-its not unblockable.
-this hapens because there was a mess in the dropbox of the team, and the version there wasnt the one I released long time ago, so some old stuff were brought back to life, because I already had fixet it long time ago (there is a vídeo of this)

What do you mean, explain about the safe attacks? I used Training by Stupa to get the frame data.

Oh don't worry. Nothing's wrong. You're familiar with advantage frames, right? The crouching HP has a positive ten frame advantage when it hits the opponent and when the opponent blocks it. I hope this helps ^^;

Some feedback on this update:

-Lifebar portrait seems bigger than the previous update and goes over 50 x 50 (Is this intentional?).
-Character portrait goes over 120 x 140 (I forgot if this portrait is supposed to be for a specific screenpack).
-When you hit an opponent with the Water Shield very close on the first water bubble, the rest of them don't come out.
-He has disappearing frames on his forward and backward recovery rolls.

That's it for now.
I will still do detail and aesthetic feedback for the rest.

The first two is because he is part of a project where they use different size of portaits, but I already told then this won't work...
I will check about the shield, I never saw this happening. I am aware of the roll, I forgot to fix.

For the Water Shield, it only happens when you're very close to the opponent. You can easily execute it in training mode.

Also, I like to add a few more things regarding the Bubble Machinegun (Which was previously mentioned by BrawlTheMan) and the Burst Typhoon:

-They are blockable in the ground, but it becomes unblockable when crouching or in the air.

Thought I should let you know about that too. Thanks for the quick updates. :)

Its intentional to not be blockable whie crouching, but not in air. I will revise it again.
