Some stuff jumps out at me, The dash attacks, then need a whiff sound. Right now the snap sound is abrupt. It's as if the attack is connecting when it hasnt.
States 1700 & 1800 shouldn't have the vocal sound since it's a defensive move, imo.

I'm actually getting a lot of debug flood. A lot with the palette selector. state 2412. Use Ctrl+D to see what pop's up. Also, FF3 has the Red X circle at the bottom right that shows all the errors in your file(s). A lot of simple stuff like
sprPriority = 3
instead of
p1sprPriority = 3
Use the Find button and Replace them all to make it way easier. Dont just auto-replace all of them because it can go back over itself and turn
p1sprPriority = 3
into
p1p1sprPriority = 3
I really like how simple he is to pick up and use. Like the more advanced stuff just happened. Or as soon as I did it, I knew to try it in an extended combo.
