Joe doesn't really have sprites to support his KOF XIII Neo Max, and besides, Double Cyclone is way way way cooler anyways!

Still being worked on. Froz is pretty busy!

here's the list of tentative Chun-Li changes/updates:

 - much like Joe, she'll be completely recoded, and will be using 100% accurate CvS2 data... except for all the times when I decide to change shit. Which is somewhat often.
 - Will be adding her Kintekishu ->Tenkukyaku -> Tenshokyaku target combo from SFIV
 - will reduce damage and hitvels on Hyakurestukyaku, so that she does the same amount of damage, but more hits. It feels weird that she only does 4 hits max in CvS2, most other games it's around 6!!!
 - I think I'll increase the number of hits both versions of Kikosho does. I'm not sure about making the level 2 version do 20 hits (like it does in SFIII/IV), but I definitely won't be leaving them at 5/8 hits (respectively). It's underwhelming!
 - Sen'enshu will be updated to use SFA2 vels/timings, cuz it's waaay too slow as it is now (it's currently based on SFA3).

Too slow? You did remember to adjust the velocities for CvS2 3-star turbo, right?

To do that, you multiply all velocities by (5.0/4.0) and all accelerations by (25.0/16.0).

No, I mean Capcom drastically nerfed Sen'enshu in SFA3 (which is where I got the data from). The startup speed (and probably the vels too) are much, much slower than they are in SFA2.

whoops, forgot to mention that the Kintekishu sprites are not final, the full animation isn't even complete yet, (and all the sprites will be touched up once that's done), and the right leg will be straightened out to be extended fully horizontally when that's all done (cuz the original animation is in fact derived from her close MK from SFIII)

Was hoping to get a beta out of the all-new all-different Chun-Li by Christmas, but still got a ways to go on the specials and supers, so that ain't happening. Instead, here's a question.

Should Chun-Li's Yosokyaku/Headstomp (D+MK in air) knock down aerial opponents or not?

You may pick from one of four options:

a) It should never knock down, like most games.
b) It should always knock down, like in SFIV
c) It shouldn't knock down normally, but if you do a SFIV-style three headstomps in a row, the final one knocks down.
d) It should defy gravity and launch the opponent screaming into the sun.
