This preview is looking incredible, and sets her apart from Psylocke.I always felt their stances were too much alike.
The preview's actually for the bottom one, not the top. The Rogue flight stance is done at the moment. (though I do somewhat agree with your idea about both normal stances looking alike).Okay this is a preview.
Thank.balmsold is the man for teaching me this.. The main man. (my anatomy's still mediocre, I know). Also, I made this in SSF2-style (or close to it): <-- processBatman kinda follows along with what I usually do with Super Smash Flash 2's style (I do a bit of anti-aliasing here and there), Joker is me trying to adhere to the whole no anti-aliasing in SSF2's style.
Just a little suggestion, in photoshop you can open multiple window of the same file that you're working on.On the top menu go to Window>Arrange>New Window for "your image name here"This way you don't have to constantly zoom out to see your sprite result because you will have 1 window for preview while you work on the other window. The reason I'm suggesting this is because it's a headache to watch speed video that zoom in and out, I used to make video this way and its hard to watch. The image below will explain itself. In this example I open 3 windows for zeku.you can see here in one of my video beginning at 12 sec. this way my viewer can see the result on the bottom right if they dont' want to look at the left side where I'm constantly zooming.
I've actually been trying to figure out how to do that for a while, never thought it'd be that easy. Thanks for sharing it, I'll try it out the next time I do one of these.
Well, you are correct, and since you're the only person that seems remotely interested, here:I'm sure you can guess who the other two are.
I couldn't guess who those other two are at all myself. Are they from the same game as those two...things? o.o?
They arent from Cuphead, no.One of em is from an indie RPG in-progress and the other from a 3D platformer (also indie).Looking at the original Cuphead sprites, it seems I made the shorts a bit too tall (turns out they are a tad shorter than what I did).
