MISAKA: "Where are you taking these new exhibits? inquires MISAKA."
K2-SO: These are new exhibits.
MISAKA: "Yes. Where are you taking them? presses MISAKA as she inquires further on the new exhibits destination."
K2-SO: I am taking them... to exhibit them. At the exposition.
Nico: Nico Nico Nii...
K2-SO: Quiet! And there's a fresh one if you mouth off again!

"I see what you did there. But I copied the speech pattern from how it was in the fansub" says BASTARD WOLF as he justifies his actions and presents evidence to support it.

"Is it different in the novels/manga?" asks BASTARD WOLF as he inquires further in an attempt to carry a conversation

December 30th

Now, I already own Star Wars 1-6 as two BD/DVD combo pack collections, but I was a little saddened that neither set came with special features when I had purchased them.  The Complete Saga set, on the other hand, was almost 90$ and not only did it have all 6 original films, but it had 3 bonus features discs.  I wanted that, but could never get it since it was a bit expensive.  This was in 2015, I believe.  With Episode 8 on the horizon near the end of 2017, Walmart re-released the original complete saga repackaged as a "Walmart Exclusive" with a second slipcase AND it came with a bonus tenth disc.  The asking price: 60$.  Within my limit.  Boy howdy, I snagged that fast as there were only three left on the shelf.

Jan. 10th

Was all syked to get IT: Chapter One steelbook version from Best Buy.  Come to find out the version sold out within a day (and earlier this evening found out scalpers are already selling the steelbook for 50$+ on eBay already).  I'm not about to wait another month for a movie I really want, so I got the normal BD/DVD combo pack instead.  I am gonna get the director's cut (if it's still coming out, that is) in a couple of months.

Got these hyperkin X91 controllers for steam and mugen, they work great
but the triggers feel cheap.

8bitdo SF30 is awesome its my favorite controller so far, it feels good
despite its looks and is compatible with a ton of shit.

emio edge super game pad would be great if the dpad didnt have issues.

And the whole collection.

Friday was a very busy day for me. Went to collect some stuff that got delayed from November and December due to the holidays. Space Ghost and Saber Archer came from different sources so I had to visit 3 different places in town to grab all my suff but as you can imagine I'm very happy with everything I got. :)

I'd like to say that's it for 2017 but there's still the very last package I bought at the very end of the year. But I won't be seeing that until February. :-\

If you could afford a hyperkin X91 or  8bitdo SF30  pro
I would recommend those, they work great with mugen
emulators and steam.

Logitech's not bad, I started with the $15  Dual shock
Style controller and now I have all the junk in the pic.

Absolute bargain.

Oh, I want a diagram. I fucking love diagrams.

Feb 8th

I always enjoyed comic strips as a kid and still do to this day.  It's the dry humor that pulls me in, I'd suppose.  Anyway, this little webcomic series (not so little in the fandom, but outside of it is) I had discovered back around the time I was just turning 18, so about 2006 or so.  The webcomic series began in 1996, written and drawn by Eric W. Schwartz.

I had always loved funny animal cartoons and anthropomorphism as a child all the way into now, so finding this was somewhat an inevitablity.  Boy, was I glad I did, though.  It was a fun little comic that I'd say around 2010-2011 I sadly stopped reading because it either went on hiatus, or I had fallen deeply into the fun and the travisty that is the furry fandom and forgotten about it, until recently.

One day I was wondering about old furry webcomics I had read sometime ago.  I remembered this one in particular and wondered what happened to it.  Turns out the original run ended in 2016.  Two Decades of this goofy dry nonsense.  I also discovered it had not only one, but two hardcover editions of it available on Amazon.  I had to snatch them up when I could, so I did.  A little sad to note that the 100th comic increments aren't in full color like they are from the website, but semantics.

Oh, I forgot to say what it was called.  The webcomic is titled: Sabrina Online.  And I'm happy to own a series that certainly lead into the weirdest, most entertaining fandoms I've ever been a part of (besides MUGEN, of course).

Anyway, photo:

They were about 24$ each.

I got a whole load of other models but this one was my first Real Grade and I think I nailed it pretty good. I might get the RG Unicorn but not til later, I think.

More importantly my favouritest game and I are finally reunited!

A few weeks ago I visited the Gundan Museum in Odaiba.
Damn, there's no way you could possibly be a collector without going insane. They had so many model kits...

They even had a livestreaming of a guy assembling gunplas there. Pretty impressive, but no thanks, I expend too much money already on videogames.

I want a Perfect Grade Acguy

Also have a SIEG ZEON dating all the way back from 2003:

This is the oldest kit I've put together yet since its release dates all the way back to 2003. Articulation, therefore, is pretty limited compared to most modern kits, as there's no waist swivel and limited leg swivel. Its still a good enough kit to get stuck into tho and not only can you put this Zaku's head on the 2017 GEP Zeta Gundam but you can even give its Zaku machine gun to the HG Origin Char's Zaku II and it'll fit perfectly if a bit loosely.

at least they came in correct colored plastics and not involving glue
I remember the day when bandai gundam kit was more like aeroplane model kit only came in brittle monotone plastic with no skeleton that you needed to glue and paint.

I think it was around 2001 or so that Bandai got their shit together and made the general quality and building process of their kits more consistent. That Zaku there needed no glue or paint whatsoever to complete. Gotta say, they dealt with that fast.

Especailly once you compare RG Wing Zero to the oldass HG Fighting Action Wing Zero EW from 1998.
