Hello everyone
I would like to make a version of my Batman created by Alucard, but I read the file "readme" of the char and says that I need authorization for this. I tried to get in touch and got no answer. Would there be a problem?

This board does not police releases. People may post angrily at you though.

Different communities handle these types of issues in different ways. Some are very strict about people making edits of other people's characters, or using assets or code from said characters. This forum, the Mugen Fighters Guild, does not take that approach: people can make whatever edits they like. However, there is a possibility that the original author (or even someone totally unrelated who nevertheless feels offended on their behalf) might get upset and yell at you. But they can't force you to stop, or take down your work!

So anyways, you've already gone above and beyond in trying to secure permission from the original author. I wouldn't worry about trying to get authorization. Just go ahead and edit!

That is, in totality, what I said in the twelve words I posted.

I understand, I do not want to offend anyone, not at all. I really appreciate the work of Alucard, the work of sprites he did to Batman is incredible, unfortunately, in my opinion, I think his gameplay is bad and very caught. I wanted to make it more expensive in the MVC style, to make big improvements in its gameplay, adding attacks of Injustice 1 and 2 and maintaining some original attacks of the char itself, making not only all the mugen people like, but that even the own creator like it too.

So that's okay if you go ahead?

I have a suggestion:

Use his voice rips from Injustice where Kevin Conroy reprised his role from the cartoon. Alucard's version sounds like Hellboy and Ron Pearlman doesn't suit Batman at all.
