Changed enlightenedshadows cvs3 lifebars to 640x480 1.0 because i love them and needed some new cool lifebars to make my mugen feel fresh(normal ports cuz i hate making small ports lol)

Working with the Central Fiction Hud, this time I take all the disposable actionbg (lifebar, powerbar, facebg and time) and I combine all of them to mount the animations with this respective transparency and look:The major part of the animations (scales, blends, angles) are made with the new 1.1 functions so all this part have only 20mb. I continue with the rebel animation now.
