had to back off for a while to get done with other projects as well studying figure drawing, anatomy and dynamic poses.you'll see the fruits of my studies near the future specially with a certain scarfaced bandit .
would that be a special or a normal? If it were a special you could always make the whip extend out more similar to how you can slightly extend the whip in the games. Either that or make the whip pull the opponent off their feet
I'm thinking it'd make a great counter or something seeing as the reach would be insane for a normal (Even though Dhalsim's normals have been crazy on range). Either way it's good to see Richter being prepped for I imagine his whip dash acting similar to Captain America's Shield dash.
Will the sprites be open source after completion? Like when I start coding, I could make a POTS styled Richter with said sprites.
that's a good question but even if not it'll still be awesome to see Richter take on all sorts of Mugen creations. Richter vs the World of Mugen
well that really took a while lol.I'm planning on making these a video series just so I can stay motivated to finish whats left of richter between other projects, I may do sprite sheet planification videos from time to time...maybe... don't count on it.Spoiler, click to toggle visibiltyif anyone wants to tip me that'd be cool https://ko-fi.com/bandanaguy
Looking good man. This is a project that I'm really looking forward to. It's honestly been years since I've been this interested in something like this. I know working on stuff like this can get daunting, though just keep pushing for the finish line. You and Kame got something special going on here for sure. Thanks for the inside peak to development and update. I look forward to more progress.
I'm glad you're still continuing with this project. Ever since his inclusion in Smash Ultimate, I've taken a liking to Richter. Hopefully you have enough motivation to continue with him.
I have more than enough motivation to finish him, its just that I'm also busy with 2 other paid game projects, but 3 months will be more than enough to finish most of whats left of him
