hmm... not bad...

..But it needs some movement. More frames at kick movement and make the Soldier to rise a bit up the weapon.

The key is "fluidness", the animations just need some more frames on their attacks.

That stand light kick is missing a ton of keyframes, its like his leg is teleporting. And the animation actually seems too long for a standard light kick but thats just me as a fighting game player talking. If you are not at the level to make it seem more natural I think you should stick with the Guile animations.

This right here, I was wondering why a lot of characters have weird looking animations and it clicks.....KEYFRAMES. Without those, a lot of things look so rushed and unpolished, your strong kick is actually looking pretty good and I hope that you will take this info to heart and learn.

Maze, I am going to say this cause I really do care. You really are taking everything everyone is saying to heart, and he is really looking to be good! Just keep on sprucing up the sprites and make sure that you keep following those guidelines, cause even though it's edits, this might be your breakout when it comes to the stuff you made.

I suggest remaking the stance.

There's something kinda off which I don't know how to explain... Try to make something more simplier  Since he's floating I don't think there's any needing of him raising his weapon like that.

My suggestion is.. Try to make something a bit similar to how Capcom did in his Namco X Capcom appearance. [The same goes to his attacks, and even hyper combos like Mega Crash or etcetera]

This sketch here probably will explain better than using words lol [Breathing in-and-out is basically how Cyclops do that, I strongly believe you understand what I mean]

EDIT:

Another thing. Avoid making the fx on his weapon special attacks to be together with the sprite. Use that as a explod.

crouch stance - revamped

i need to fit the crouch kicks here, because the punches will work ok.
