I wonder if his sprites are unfinished.He's missing the Heavy version of his Blau Wing.There are pink dots popping up on a few of his anims.He has no close normals.No throw variation with kick. And while you can taunt with him doing so makes him disappear.Weird.Also you can do this with him. https://streamable.com/fbmvs

The animation for his HP is actually the c.HP, but it's used for both distances.Also, Shun'ei can cancel his normals into his HP+HK for some reason (Which can also lead to an infinite if you're in the corner). And I think he might be lacking damage scaling.
