Ground Unibeam is done.

Just need to make all the other specials lol. The damage is not final as that will be adjusted before release.

Just a quick reminder: As far as I know, none of Ironman version from MvC has instant beams. They do travel very quickly though. In your video, the beam seems to be instant, which doesn't feel right at all.

In umvc3 its practically instant. Also i noticed i had the beam firing at the wrong frame. it was supposed to be frame 6 but instead it was frame 3. Another thing is you have at least 9 to 22+ ticks to block it depending on how close you are to him.
its 5 to 10 hits also, you won't be able to parry it even. This looks very spammable right now.
Hit count is based on Umvc3. Light is 5 hits, Medium is 6 to 8 hits & Strong is 8 to 10 hits.

Not quite.

Incorrect :p.
His Beam (Light version) has 22-frame start-up in UMvC3. I honestly don't think it is a good idea to have a 6-frame fullscreen instant beam in a slow pace CvS match (honestly, it even sounds bork as heck in MvC environment).
I will try and make some adjustments. No more using mvc as a reference.
Getting balance tips from MVC is a bad idea, I suggest scaling  it down for a CVS environment. 1 hit for all the standing ones 2 hits foe the ex version you can also mess with the range and start up frames.
1 hit doesn't seem right for unibeam. Range is fine and I will adjust the start up time some.

Nah, multiple hits are fine. In fact, even if you make Unibeam UMvC3-accurately, it's still fine in CvS matches since the move itself has extremely long start up and it is very unsafe on block. Removing multiple hits factor literally means gutting half of the usefulness of the moves, which I don't recommend at all.
Since Ironman in UMvC3 isn't exactly a very fast pace character, he is pretty good as a reference for Pots-style, if done correctly.

Gonna take your word for it, I'm really not a MVC guy. I still don't think a 10 hit projectile move is CVS-esque though.
