An almost Pure Mugen 1.1b with better default config and all my works

I found some people are having problem on 1.1 with may be bad config?

So I post out mine as a reference.

What's the difference between this and offiicial Mugen 1.1b?

1. With 4GB patch (Won't crash when loading big sized stages)
2. with a better default config file. I won't let MUGEN to change pixel ratio which slow the game down or let mugen cut stage up and down.
3. with 14x10 character holding slots.
4. all my characters
5. 5x my edited Stages at True 16:9 wide screen format (no need to re-size characters 1 by 1 but they are at right size not too big on screen)

People have problems with Mugen 1.1 because they're running 20 year old hardware.  Seriously, OpenGL 2.1 was released in 2006 and had hardware support by 2007 (1G DX10).

Thanks for sharing this, it runs extremely well. I also learned some valuable information from studying your mugen.cfg settings that helped me fix some issues that have been plaguing me for a while, so thank you again very much for that.

Yea...I've never had anything special but I've never had an issue with 1.1. I mean...even when my PC's were on the verge of crashing they still ran openGL no prob. I just don't see why people just...won't...convert.

Im not talking to the OpenGL issue. most is config issue.

something I found on my machine
which is

RenderMode not set to opengl (cause chars or stages can't display correctly)
FullScreen set to 1 (cause you can't switch between window and full screen set to 0 will allow you to switch back and force)
KeepAspect set 0 (if you resize the window it will slow your game aaaaaaa lot)
StageFit set to 0 (it will cut a 4:3 stage into 16:9 and some parts of the chars and stage will not seem by player. especially if my chars doing zoom stuff.)

I can't thank you enough for doing this. My Mugen always picks the stages it likes to run and now I get to finally enjoy them all for the first time. It sounds sad but not all of us are program savvy or even know what an OpenGL is. Thank you so very much. This is really great work!
