Martial artist characters in a superpowered-characters fighting game ?

I am trying to recall which superpoweder fighting games have martial artist characters.
What I mean by superpowered fighitng games is not stuff like, sf or kof, that have chi attacks and similar, but games like blaz blue, jojo, touhou or countless of doujin games that are based on the characters having super powers and not being real martial artists. I am interested to talk about character that kept their hand to hand martial arts under sucha  disadvantage. Maybe even hand to hand combatants in weapon based games (like soulcalibur or samurai shodown).

The only one I can remember now is ushiromiya george from the umineko fighting game; tht game is a doujin game where most charcters have super powers, weapons or super silly attacks (the game itself is a very nice example of creativity for movelists ); george has no weapons and no powers, so he fights using a mix of taekwondo, capeira and karate, using mostly kicks, so he is pretty much kim kaphwan.

Lee rakka from last blade 2.Whose majority of chars have projectile attacks and have weapons.Lee neither have weapon nor projectile attacks.But some unrealistic fire and explotion attacks.

Hercule/Mr. Satan from the Dragon Ball Z series.
He uses his strenght in a game where all other characters are OP.
