So I released as CS pack for Rimururu, and I didn’t include Hi-Res effects, but I’m starting on them now, hopefully I get these finished soon, and if you have any feedback, feel free to share :)

I'd suggest making it less blurry, because it is solid ice after all.

I see, this does lack the ice detail and also, it turns out I can use Nakoruru’s slash effects from her POTS sprites

You can always try the "negative" method to improve the look in-game.

Perhaps, but they are Ice effects, so it appears to be more solid, compared to fire, electricity, and ki based effects

Try it in game and you'll see. I did the same thing with Yuki, though I never used the negative method.
