In CvS2, when you hit someone, there are hitsparks (given) however most of the hit sparks out there that I have seen released, are missing something. In CvS2 when you hit someone.... there's supposed to be hit sparks + orbs that come out and fade away. However, most CvS2 artists like warusaki3 and many others don't have it. Was wondering why, and was wondering if anyone knows how to get the proper ones?
