Nay. He can tech out of that so the infinite is invalid ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. The only viable conversion you can get from it is Laser into Road Roller so it isn't a biggie.

Can you check if Dio can still do his teleport? I can do his teleport with the stand on. (He'll teleport behind the enemy and punch them.) But the special with the stand off (Where he claps and just teleports) I can't perform it. I keep doing the hyper instead. Can someone else check if they're having the same issue?

Yes, he still can. You need to input the DP motion instead of QCFx2 and he will be able to do it.

It's F, DF, F input. You just need to press this + attack and DIO will teleport like usual.
