So for example:
Im putting in Deadpool so i need him animated.
To start i put in his data into the frame loader so that the program will render all his animations specifically to my tastes and not to be exactly the same as the first person I put in( For your case the would've been scorpion since in your video he was first on the list so the program will treat him as the default model going forward.)
This is what deadpools Frame loader looks like:

What does the above tell me?
- Hes in the 4th row, 3rd coulumn
- Standing animation is number 0 in animations
- Select animation is number 181 in animations
- His air file is found in the Deadpool Character folder, and the files name is Deadpool.air (Simple I know but bear with me)
After I put that now I'm going to paste my own "Frame Loader" Def file for his standing animations below.

As you see from the paste above, His standing sprite animations go from 0,0 to 0,11. How did i know that and find that information? I opened up 'fighters factiory 3' and i loaded up Deadpool. I went to animations tab and his standing animations where under number 0 Usually it will be named "Standing"
In Fighters factory the little that i know (Please fact check me in case im wrong) is that when you add sprites to a character you must load them all in a group to make it easier to find certain types of sprites. (So you'd have a jumping, crouching, punching and so forth) Then each individual sprite will get an index number to differentiate them whenever the system needs to use a specific frame. So for example, My jumps can be in group 30 and have 5 sprites in total numbering form 0-4. so it would look like this if i wanted to use it as my animation when he gets selected or for his regular animation when i slide over the character:
