It's not weird... That was tetsuo in the original version of Akira (Didn't you know Katsuhiro Otomo was an Hentai Mangaka ?), but got censured, and they added this silly scenario, with dumb characters ... while people wanted sex. Tetsuo also appeared once in Urotsukidodji (or something like that). Hey people!!!! I'm kidding!!! Akira is my favorite manga.
