IncredibleElastigirletc. ... and you can make enterely new chars with them, even u can modified all the sprites as well.my only condition is : if anyone use one of my chars to make a new one, he has to share his new version of the char, with all the community.if u think to use one of my chars to create a private char, don't tell to anybody so if u post any changes, you must to share it.also if you modified one of my chars, drawing more sprites if it needed, when you share the final result, i could help to retouch the new edited sprites, of course if u let me do that I think the Idea is to see more chars, or better chars, to have fun with Mugen for so much time

No. You need permission only if you release it. Btw, just a suggestion: this thread's okay with it, but generally if the last post in a thread is a few months old and you haven't got much to add to it, best not to post in it.
