For a simple looking stage, there's color loss and dithering.  You could split the background into individual layers, use a better program to reduce colors, or split the image into separate parts (reduce each part to 256 colors and then stitch them back together in the def file).

The zoffset is too low.

What's up with the fountain animation?  I don't know what the original source looked like, but it seems like there's supposed a tower behind the water (pseudo-transparency from original source)...and there's no tower.  Try something different (and less gray).

Also, the free file service you're using is extremely annoying.  I don't even want to download anything else.
