Cartoon character requests...please help!

My friend has also started creating characters, he wants to be like DDR.Making classic cartoons is hard when coming to ideas.He only has two ideas but needs more...

He wants to notify a couple things.Tom and Jerry, like what most people request, really can't be made because first there silent characters, having sound benefits not as cool(although he is making one silent character at this moment) and two theres 2 of them, making it difficult.And he wants CLASSIC CLASSIC, ex.Batfink or something.If its a Looney Tunes or Disney or something, maybe make it one that has a different style to it, like Opera Elmer.Go to the suggestions section and make a shout out, with details to.It would really, really help if you did it guys, and he really needs your ideas!
