Mugen Newb Trying to load up but can't

Hey guys just started mugen recently from a No_Limit_Winmugen_patch.  Considering how diverse and how long it would take to configer all the many characters and maps that I wanted, I dl'ed a Mugen mega pack called Mugen 100% Hardcore Reloaded.  Maybe some of you have heard of it?  Anyway I'm trying to start the prog up but it never loads and gives me a windows debug error.  My mugenw.txt looks like this...

Clearly there is somthing wrong with the fonts in the font folder.  I can't re-dl the entire thing b/c its about 4 gigz so I tried to reload the font files from the 7z extractable file.  Still no dice.  Is there anyway I can get the plug-ins back to a more default setting so that I won't need these fonts?

Don't Dowload packs.  ;) or Re-Download Mugen and use the default font.

Ok.  Would it be alright if Kept all the characters and maps etc.  Is there a way to radically adjust the select.def without doing it indiviually  so I can get all the characters off as well as the maps?
